TREATMENT AND WAYS TO MANAGE ACNE AND PIMPLES.
1. Our Natural Anti-Spot Cream has Propolis, and Manuka Oil as active ingredients to help assist with skin repair and as an anti-septic. Helping the skin heal will help to minimise the appearance of scars and help old scars fade.
It also has Zinc Sulphate which decreases sebum production and Vitamin B3, which helps to reduce redness and isupports healthy skin. Kakadu Plum extract, contains one of the highest sources of natural source of Vitamin C. We add Calendula, Cucumber and Chamomile extract to calm the skin, and Green Tea Extract for it's anti-oxidant properties.
Using this cream regularly will not result in any tolerance or resistance. Regular use of antibiotic creams may work well initially but as the bacteria develops resistance, their effectiveness tends to decrease (usually after 12-16 weeks).
It is light and easily absorbed, and won't clog your pores. It has no alcohol which will dry your skin, and contains no parabens, SLS, triclosan, artificial fragrance or preservatives.
2. Diet: eat more whole foods, rich in anti-oxidants and less refined carbohydrates. Food and supplements rich in Omega 3, 6 and 9 such as Olive Oil and Fish or Krill Oil help to reduce inflammation.
3. Drink lots of water to flush toxins out of the body. A liver detox supplement with Milk Thistle and Dandelion helps the liver process toxins more effectively and these are eliminated from the body.
4. Supplements such as Vitamin A and Zinc are beneficial for healthy skin as they help regulate sebum production.
5. Lactoferrin, Probiotics and S. Bourlardii helps improve gut health which could help to reduce inflammation.

1. To clean the skin, we recommend a Natural soap with Propolis and Manuka Oil.
2. For an extra boost of healing, calming and hydration, apply a few drops of the serum of choice at night to the affected area. It will help support skin healing as some of the essential oils such as Manuka Oil and Kunzea Oil, being closely related to Tea Tree Oil, have natural anti-septic properties.
3. A moisturiser such as the Anti-Spot for skin with pimples or Anti-Redness cream for skin that is inflamed or red, can be used over the serum to seal the oils in and hydrate the skin.
4. Dab a small amount of the Manuka Oil Balm to treat problematic spots or areas of redness. These actives help assist skin regeneration and healing which can lessen the effects of scarring.
